Personal records
digiArt follows the laws and regulations in Sweden, including the law on personal records (PUL). It is only one person with special authority that can access sensitive information.
Personal information that is submitted to our website, for exampel your name and e-mail address, are used in the following way:
- Information is exposed to the extent that is demanded to run a fully functional service. Your name, location and e-mail (only through a form, never in clear text until a mail is sent) and phone numbers, if they are made public, are shown in connection with your ad.
- Information that is collected regarding number of logins, when the last visit ocurred and other information only of interest to digiArt are never transmitted to any third party.
Registered users have the right to get a printout without cost of all registered data regarding your person once a year. More printouts than that are billed with an amount set at each time, please contact digiArt for more information.
It is voluntary to submit information, but complete information are required to be able to perform the service intended.
Information are stored up to one year after the last visit, it is then permanently deleted.
Visit to the website
Your visit are registered when you visit the website. This information is used to give digiArt information regarding the number of visitors and which part of the website that are visited. This information is not sold or transmitted to any third party.
